You demonstrated you don't understand, when you expected to follow the follow me AFTER the service was terminated, when you said this:

You got the "Follow me car aborted for safety reasons" at 3:02 in your video!! So, as I've said, quite clearly, it was wrong for you to expect it to "follow the FM" (I'm quoting you) AFTER it aborted the service!

After reading this post, I tried to run over the follow-me car but to no avail. It would have been funny to see flattened follow-me vehicles plastered all over the tarmac.
