CS-757-200/300 **SOLVED**
CzarWilkins:
Hellow!!!
Have anyone done the config for his AC?? Can the QW757 be used???
virtuali:
The CS 757-200 is already internally supported by GSX.
Note that, Captain Sim sometimes makes new versions/variants of the plane in different folders. The GSX default config assumes the plane to be located in the Simobjects\Airplanes\CS_757-200 folder.
If you have different variations that are located in different folder names, you should create a new config for them, starting with the GSX default one.
This can be done by editing the standard version recognized by GSX ( the one in the CS_757-200 folder ) with the Airplane Configuration editor, and change just ONE parameter VERY slightly. For example, move one door 1 centimeter up, so you won't see any visible difference, but it will be enough to force the editor to create a GSX.CFG for it in your %APPDATA%\folder.
Once you have a GSX.CFG, you can copy it in the other plane folders and eventually adapt it, but at least you would start from an already made file, not from scratch.
CzarWilkins:
Thank you Virtualli
I will test more, coulb be a FSX bug.
CzarWilkins:
Thanks for you reply!!!
I found that the 757-200 was default supported, not the -300, I managed to configure it, indeed is very easy and fast. ;) Now im testing and configuring other planes!!!
Prayog:
Hello,

I was redirected here because of (Captainsim 300 stuck for opening Exit 2)-

I could not find any GSX file under simobjects\Airplanes\CS300XXXX
What would be the filename like ?
Where is the Airplane Configuration Editor (Is it the one inside sim under GSX menu - "Customize Aircraft" ?)
