i have a problem with GSX, when launchig the program, the window appaers in the upper left me and i can't move....
The window is there because you moved it. It's not a GSX-specific window, it's the standard Simconnect menu window, which is used by many 3rd party addons so, you might have moved it when it was displayed by another addon, and it would affect every other addon with a menu, since the menu window it's always the same, reused by addons. GSX doesn't have any control on where it will appear.
To make it easier to put it back to a better position, you might try to undock it, by right-clicking on it. After it's undocked, there are standard Windows controls on the taskbar to move it, even with the keyboard, if the mouse cannot reach it.
