Terrible download SPEED

I recently downloaded the files without any problem.  :)

I had to replace my HD.  I reinstalled all FS9 and started to reinstall JKF and ORD.  I was sent to MediaFile where I registered.  The .exe's that I was sent to in MediaFiles did not work.  I keep getting a msg that "4 errors on page".

What do I do now?
