GSX Viehcles sink into the scency
« on: November 16, 2015, 12:40:17 am »
Can anyone help me or provide me a solution to the issue that I am experiencing here. I installed the KDFW scenery, and GSX onto my Prepar3d v3. I am not sure why 1/3 of the viehcles' wheels are sinking into the scenery.

This has been discussed many times on the forum. The problem is not GSX. The vehicles are not sinking, it's the *scenery* which is slightly raised from ground, to prevent ground flickering with a fully native ( and *way* faster ) FSX-native background.

There's no way to fix this, without remaking the whole scenery for P3D (and making a version that would run *only* under P3D), which provides an alternative way to make ground polygons. The other way, using FS8 polygons, is very inefficient.
