CRASH

Captramzi:
After installing Standalon manager fsx is crashing seconds after displaying the slpash screen.. this is what I got in event logs:
The Desktop Window Manager was unable to start because composition was disabled by a running application.
A request to disable the Desktop Window Manager was made by process (Flight Simulator X v10.0.61637.0)
can anyone help please ?

Solved.. but now I have another problem. Couatl addon disappeared from fsx and this happens everytime I try to install the latest update for gsx and install sa manager, Gsx no longer appears in fsx please help me.
ps: in addon manager gsx is active but never shows up in fsx
