Flight Simulator is attempting to start Couatl.exe

I get this message everytime I startup fsx-steam about "couatl" version 3.0.0.3171 Config entry #1. Do you want to run this program and I click yes and go on with the sim.

I believe there is an entry about couatl in the trusted software already: fsdreamteam\couatl\couatl.exe.uwncubcwuaiqubtuhcrouahulqbzkhlbnzcuokhb=1

What do I do to disable this message?
