Addon Manager Does Not Show up in the Menu Bar When I Press Alt **SOLVED**

Does any one know why fsx GSX does not install on my sim also when I press Alt i don't see the Addon manager for me to put my key in to activate my kfll and gsx any idea why?

Which is very close to be made official, so it's best to try that first.
