reinstalling GSX

hi

ho do I reactivate GSX as I re formatted my pc......I ive now got my order no and serial no......trying to re download it from invoice page...which tells me I can download it from there this it was it says

You can retrieve your Order History, by inserting the email you used to purchased the product, then press the "E-Mail Order History" button. Having your Order,will allow to use the server-assisted Reinstall

I cant see a server-assisted Reinstall I don't seem to get a download button to press
