New Prepar3D v2 Hotfix (2.5.12944.0)

I would like to know if the FSDT scenery are compatible with this new hotfix (2.5.12944.0)?

I tried it, kept backup of 2.512943 in case,    When I installed the new fix 2.5.12944, PROBLEM no menus Add on manager or couatl appear,no FSDT scenery,     No crash but NO add on mgr or couatl in pull down menus             ...  I reverted back to 12943 and it works fine using new FSDT installers....

Maybe LM reacted to the issues created by first hotfix 12943 and now the prior FSDT installers work???

There are no problem whatsoever with the new hotfix, the current version of the Stand-Alone Addon Manager supports it, and if you install any FSDT product now, you'll get it automatically.

If it didn't work for you, so you were mislead thinking we still don't support 12944, it's because you haven't updated the Addon Manager after applying the P3D Hotfix, which should be done EACH time there's a new build of the sim. An user installing a product now, won't have this issue.

Got it , reinstalled Prepar3d 2.5.12944 patch updated FSDT with sa add on mgr and working, thanks

So all we have to do is re-download the airports or addon manager from Fsdream web as a fresh NEW install..it will automatically patch/fix the las P3D 44.0?...I did have to replace some files also with last 43.0 fix..please advise...

You don't really even need to re-download the airport or add-on manager. A reinstall of the existing scenery would work.

I had everything working fine with FSDT and P3Dv2.5 before applying the hotfix. After applying it (which overwrote the applicable files in the top level P3D tree), I ran the installer for a given airport (in my case, KLAS), which updated everything. From there, I was good to go.

So just running the installer for an airport will update everything needed.

You only need to RUN any one FSDT installer, the files that needs to be updated, are always downloaded automatically by the installer.
