You don't really even need to re-download the airport or add-on manager. A reinstall of the existing scenery would work.

I had everything working fine with FSDT and P3Dv2.5 before applying the hotfix. After applying it (which overwrote the applicable files in the top level P3D tree), I ran the installer for a given airport (in my case, KLAS), which updated everything. From there, I was good to go.

So just running the installer for an airport will update everything needed.

You only need to RUN any one FSDT installer, the files that needs to be updated, are always downloaded automatically by the installer.
