FSDT JETWAYS
« on: December 22, 2014, 12:12:12 am »
Are jetways supposed to move to the aircraft at FSDT airports?  I can never get them to unless I enable those airports in AES. Then I wind up with baggage trams inside each other as well as other conflicts. Can I disable AES baggage trams because I really prefer GSX vehicles.

FSDT Airports use the same default jetway logic that FSX does. Use CTRL+J to activate if you are close enough. You can use the AES configuration tools to edit what vehicles you want to display with what aircraft. Check your AES documentation if you're unsure how.

I try using ctrl-j but the jetway doesn't move.

All jetways in our airports work with the default CTRL+J key provide that:

1) Your airplane is a native FSX model, with the exits correctly specified in the aircraft.cfg

2) You have the "Advanced animations" option enabled in the FSX graphic settings

3) You are not using AES, in that case you must check with it if there are problems in its installation

4) You haven't redefined the default key for the jetway
