Parking has a Jetway

--- Quote ---Then there are a big mistake in the Pushback procedure ( the Walkout assistant HAS NOT to ask the Captain to release the Brakes ) which
will also not be changed.
--- End quote ---
I never said it won't be changed, I always tried to get a precise, complete, explanation on how, in your view, the Pushback procedure should be changed, but I never got a clear answer.
Without even mentioning that, if you search several aviation forums where real life ground operators post, and it seems that each time somebody post his own version of the pushback procedure, he always starts with "I do pushback at the xxxx airport, everybody that posted before got it all wrong, we do it this way", and it's a different version of it so, it's clear that it's not the same across different part of the world and airlines.
But if you send me a PRECISE description of what changes you would like to see, we'll consider it. Yes, you sent me a PM a while ago, but I didn't understand it very well, because it was a bit confusing the way it was written.

He Virtuali,
please...during the Beta Phase of GSX i send you the complete Procedure from my work.
Please remember, i told you i did this Job a Long time at EDDP Airport.
If you have lost the Documents i will explain again what is wrong.
It is really not so much, but it is an important part.
Ok, the only Thing is that the Walkout assistant NEVER HAS TO ASK the Pilot to release the Brakes.
Thats the important ( wrong ) Part at the Moment.
How can you Change it?
Ok, the right Procedure is that the Pilot turns on the red ACL and then the Pilot just informs the Walkout Assistant that
he can remove the chocks. The Walkout Assistant then informs the Captain that the chocks are removed and then
the is asked to release the Brakes.
Did you get it?
Matthias

So just because you did this at an airport in Europe, this means its automatically correct everywhere else in the world?
mroschk:
...I dont know. The Certificate was IATA conform...so maybe worldwide :-)
Did you that Job one times? even in europe or anywhere else?
Ps.. Virtual, the Chocks are also something i ask to implement.
Matthias
