PMDG 747-400 Cargo service door?

as we know 747-400Freighter has the galley in upper deck i tried config service door in there seems GSX catering vecihle cant reach up there "Catering service not avaible for this aircraft." Hopely we see small up date for Catering hi loader I think the same problem occurs whit Airbus 380's
