Difficulty installing sceneries for FSX

I previously bought the FS9 versions of several FSDT sceneries and have had great success with them. I recently decided to start my move over to FSX. The problem is that when I install the sceneries and start up FSX, after approving all the dlls and exe's the sim experiences an "Unhandled Exception" and shuts down completely. Has anyone else had that problem? How can I solve it?

Go to control panel and uninstall FSDT scenery, select "Yes" to both questions "Do you want to remove add-on manager"?, than start up FSX, and see if it's working.

If it is, reinstall using the full installer from the FSDT site.

If it's not working, you have some more serious problems with your FSX installation. I would recommend the "repair" option from the CD Disk.
