??? That's not obviously a "new" developer, but the same who made Geneva, Fort Lauderdale, Honolulu and the four Hawaii airports. Nobody questioned their quality so far, and not many probably even noticed they were made by a different developer...

Nah.. it's probably VNLK. The most challenging airport they've done, as they had to get the slope right.
