Scenic utopia SAN building latinvfr san

Hey guys I need some help. I just bought Latinvfr ksan as well as the utopia buildings. I am having a lot of trouble with latinvfr (might have been a waste of money) but I really would like to install the buildings. I looked at the install guide but i cannot seem to figure that out. I have a secondary drive that has FSX on it. Do you install the buildings into the directory that is shown below?, also can i use the san building alone if i do not want to use the airport scenery? Thank you for your help.

Thank you for replying so soon. I am trying to get a hold of him, I do understand this is FSDT. I was wanting to post this to see if anybody owns the scenery to help me out.
