Wrong Catering Operator at LSZH in P3D 2.2

Hi

I've noted that in P3D 2.2 at LSZH the catering operator is Servair Air Chef instead of Gate Gourmet. How can I change it?

The documentation that comes with the PaintKit explain how to change any operator for any airport.
