No Add On Manager with P3D 2.0 - Please Help

I have gone through several threads and tried many of the solutions out there so far with no results.

I have several FSDT products and Flight Beam products. I have two issues here:

1. Add on Manager will absolutely not show in my menu.  I tried downloading the standalone as well... even went as far as to uninstall my anti virus to ensure it was not interfering and still no luck.
2. Any airport I have attempted to install does not have buildings... it has the gate, ground textures, etc but no terminal. 

Considering I have completely uninstalled my antivirus and tried the add on manager standalone, what do you recommend?
