Multiple FSDT airports, jetways and airfield OK but no terminal buildings

Figured best to post here rather than repeat myself in several different groups.

I have many paid-for add-ons from Flightbeam, FSDT, FlyTampa and others.  In FSDT only, I have no terminal buildings.  No problems with any other add-ons.
FSDT GSX works fine.
I have KFLL, KJFK V2, and KORD. All have the same issue.

I've tried every fix on the 3 page "turn off the add-ons" and "disable AAA", these fixes do not work for me.

Running FSX w/ DX10.

My system can handle it, it's no slouch.

Please advise.

If you have GSX working, everything you have read on the forum about missing buildings doesn't apply to you, because all the software is clearly running, if there was a problem with the modules not running, GSX won't work.

The only possible explanation, if GSX works and the sceneries don't, is that:

1) You haven't installed the sceneries

OR

2) You have installed an old version.

In both cases, download and install the current version of all the installers for the FSDT sceneries you have.
